Frank Henry Equipment provides three levels of service. Hydro-Test & Certify, Quarterly Inspection and Annual Inspection. Depending on industry requirements and your individual company needs we will determine the level of service necessary.

The three levels of service are as follows:

1. Hydro-Test & Certify: This level of service is provided for new equipment that only needs to be hydro-tested. Usually this procedure is done with the customer or third party present to test individual product.
    

2. Quarterly Inspection: This level of service is provided for equipment that requires general testing. It will undergo a visual inspection to check for any noticeable defects. External elastomers will be changed and the equipment will be hydro-tested to test pressure required.
    
3. Annual Inspection: This Level of service is provided for equipment due for re-certification. The equipment will be torn down, stripped of all paint and visually inspected for any defects. It will then go through non-destructive testing to ensure its integrity as well as type of service if unknown. All elastomers will be changed and equipment hydro-tested. Finally, the equipment will be painted according to the company’s specifications.
