2500-AG
centrifugal slurry
pump is proven as a premium lagoon pump. The 3-vane
semi-open impeller is capable of producing high
pressures and volumes without clogging. The
2500-AG
centrifugals can pass a 4 spherical solid and stringy
material such as hay is insignificant. The semi-open
impeller design reduces the amount of solids behind the
impeller, thus increasing the life of the stuffing box,
impeller and mechanical seal. These impellers are wide
and fluid exits the impeller at a lower velocity rate,
this allows the fluid to blend smoothly with the
re-circulating fluid, creating a smooth flow pattern.
Smooth flow patterns are essential when transferring
fluids with abrasives such as sand. |
